Minor fix in FlipTransition for TopToBotton and BottomToTop rotations

* This commit is all about ELEMENTFLOW *

- Added a Click event when a mouse is held down on an item. Lot of requests on forums.
- ElementFlow derives from Selector ( taking some changes from patch# 6549 by rehan). This means you get real selection events and selection info (SelectedItem, SelectedIndex, SelectionChanged)
- Fixed a bug where ElementFlow would crash on changing ItemsSource dynamically. This was nasty and much requested on forums.

Two new views: Wall and SlideDeck added to ElementFlow

- ElementFlow refactoring -- now an ItemsControl, no longer a Panel
- Renaming of ViewStateBase -> LayoutBase
- Exposed Commands on ElementFlow for navigation (left, right keys)

- First round of refactoring for ElementFlow
- Fixes the annoying white background on tiles that shows up occasionally. Switched to ItemsControl from a ListBox (cause was the default style of ListBoxItem)

Fixed a bug in TransitionPresenter. When using IsLooped and having only one item resulted in no transitions. Now the single item is used as both next/prev items.
