ElementFlow with user interfaces

Nov 5, 2009 at 5:49 AM

Hi all,

I REALLY like this project. I'm new to WPF, so I hope this question isn't too basic. (I haven't found much documentation to get me started).

I'm creating an application which requires users to proceed through a number of screens. Previously I used windows forms with tabs to keep things uncluttered.

In WPF, is it possible to use ElementFlow (or any of the fluid kit controls) so that each card contains a wpf window or a page (with buttons and other UI components) rather than just an image? For example, an ElementFlow where the first card contains text-boxes and buttons, the subsequent cards contain other GUIs.

Thanks for your help.

Daniel.

HI Daniel,

Interactive elements inside of ElementFlow is not yet supported. There are few ways to do that and the interwebs have been active enough to come up with some solutions. I still haven't found a good way to integrate that into the control. Hope you will still find the control useful.

If anyone has some good ideas, I am all ears :)

Cheers,

Pavan
